In 2015, RCI worked with L’ORÉAL of both Korea and Australia markets and helped it successfully build the OMSPro system which is fully integrated with Demandware and possessing powerful localization feature to assist L’ORÉAL to deal with various localized problems, such as the currency, tax, date, language, etc., highly customizing for L’ORÉAL of both Korea and Australia markets.The Result
Nowadays, L’ORÉAL of both Korea and Australia markets is the first e-commerce standalone project in APAC to support the brand expansion. By using the OMSPro system which is highly integrated with Demandware and L’ORÉAL’s own ecosystem ( ERP, CRM, 3PL, POS), L’ORÉAL of both Korea and Australia markets now can manage orders from different brands through one single point of contact way, greatly enhancing the work efficiency.
