The Origin of OMSPro

RCI Global Services was founded in 2010 to support Luxury and Specialty Retailers across Asia Pacific in modernizing their retail technology and omnichannel operating models.

Over the past 15 years, RCI has led large-scale POS modernization, RMS deployments, ERP integrations and omnichannel transformation programs across Southeast Asia.

Working with global groups including LVMH, Kering, L'Oréal, Pandora, Estée Lauder and other leading brands, one structural gap became clear:

Retailers were connecting systems. But not truly orchestrating them.

OMSPro was created in 2020 to close that gap — delivering a dedicated orchestration layer designed specifically for Southeast Asia complexity.
